Your role during the conference:you should regard your role as one of assisting your boss in hosting the event,this may involve receiving delegates, producing&distributing information about each day's events,etc.The important things you have to bring the folder with essential information with the last improve.
After the conference:in this situation we must aware of clearing up that needs to be done, such as: - Ensure that delegate are informed of and invoiced for any personal expenses they have incurred during the conference - Ensure that delegates know of transport arrangements for their return journeys - Return any equipment or resources which have been borrowed or hired There are still more problem to do,but the important things is to make note on the success of your conference arrangements or any problems which you could avoid on another occasion and file for future reference.

This Company was established in 1980,there's so many history of this company,First this company had a modal Rp 50 million,and we did lease transport in 80-83,then we got a bank credit for lising/installment truck for rubbish/trash transportation.
In 87 this company was believed by DKI BANK for installment(again) truck as many as 50 Hino(big truck),5 Pick up car,10 Colt diesel(small truck).
How we get a job?? From the first until now,our company have been geeting a job from goverment(Cleansing service),we have done the auction every year for West Jakarta to accompany lease and private transport. - Lease transport is we have been carrying away the rubbish like in the ash can,then we have delivered it into the TPS(place for throw away all the rubbish for a while) - Private transport is same with the lease transport but we still have been doing street sweeper. Why we can aslo get/win the job from tthe auction because our unit has suupport capability and our human resource and mangement worker is a good working but the most important thing is we have a good experience in cleaning service.
How does it works?? Every day we have done lease trasnport and private transport,such as all street sweeper have piked up and sweeped the rubbish like ash can or sidewalk of road then put it all on pick up car,then colt diesel have done the same thing,all the rubbish delivered to TPS to throw all the rubbish into Hino truck.All hino truck if want to delivered to TPA(end of place for stored up & process the rubbish in Jakarta at Bekasi) must have a SPJ(Road Command letter) then caretaker from our company sign it,after arrive in TPA/Bantar gebang,the was rubbish wa calculated by caretaker in there,finally we get a struck that has a value how much tonase we throw. SPJ and struck was given to magement worker for make a result note,then after 1 month we give all that SPJ & Struck to goverment(Cleansing service) from our result,which it means the value must be same like in the contract like value that we give in the auction. Until now we still have done this company.
c. the mail clersks handling all the incoming & outgoing mail.
d. make repairsfor the entire building in case of breakdowns
e. to keep the office in top condition.

g. make a straight salary, which payroll issues to me in the form of weekly check.
