Conclusion
- The director/boss can not speak indonesia,he only can speak dutch,so employees hard to talk with the boss& some of the employees resigned because abusive behavior from the boss

Recommendations
- Personnel section must make a proposal of Dutch language training for employees, provide advice to the boss to act in accordance with the behavior
